Their search of the Grieves residence leads to a number of unsettling discoveries, but generates more questions than answers. As they explore several avenues of inquiry, the agents are reminded at every turn that their pursuit of the truth will inevitably exact a terrible cost…

But first, a seemingly innocent fortune teller offers some of the bandits a glimpse into their future. Dalia, especially has some surprising revelations about her past in the fortune teller’s ramshackle tent and at the party! Warning: this podcast is full of adolescent humor, because we all talk and think like 13 year olds (sometimes).

They engage in crack detective work and just of little bit of sneaking around but their investigation leads them in an unexpected direction, The Sea Maiden’s Faire!
The party’s limits are tested as they continue their march towards the volcanic mountains known as the Burning Ghats in search of the fabled Fever Gardens. An encounter with a curious and ancient elemental entity may be the key to finding the location — that is, if they make it through the mountains alive.

Some attempt to find solace through therapy, while others return to old friends or the quiet solitude of nature. After two months of some much-needed downtime, JACKDAW receives its next tasking. They are dispatched to Seattle, Washington to investigate the mysterious deaths of a retired geneticist named Dr. Tibalt Grieves and his girlfriend, Amanda Griffin. Complicating matters are the biohazard lab in Grieves’s garage, the fact that his corpse has broken down into a crystallized blue-black substance, and a CDC flight carrying samples from the scene crashed in Idaho’s Clearwater National Forest…
In the first broadcasted session of The Umbra Collective, the party reunites and begins to make their way further into the desert in search of a nomadic group of mysterious fey-touched beings. The party realizes after making some unsettling and grizzly discoveries along the way that they are not the only ones on the hunt.
